How to download your Lloyds statement as a PDF
In Internet Banking
- Log in to Lloyds Internet Banking.
- Select the account you want statements for.
- Select Statement options.
- Choose to download it as a PDF.
In the mobile app
- Log in to the Lloyds mobile app and select the account.
- Open the three-dot menu on the account screen.
- Select "Download or print statement".
- Choose the month and year, then save the PDF.
Internet Banking goes back about 7 years; the mobile app holds more history than the website does, so try the app first if you need something older.
How we check a Lloyds statement is right
We check the extracted rows against the balances Lloyds printed on the statement — the transactions must account for the whole move from the opening figure to the closing one. Where the statement carries a running balance beside each row, we verify every adjacent pair instead, which is stronger. Statements pulled from the app and from Internet Banking can cover different spans, so each file is reconciled against its own printed figures rather than against another download. A file whose arithmetic does not close is flagged rather than quietly handed to you.
We do not state whether your Lloyds statement carries a per-row running balance, because Lloyds publishes no sample statement and we could not confirm it from any source we trust. Your file decides which check applies. Lloyds is not one of our per-bank verified parsers, so we quote no accuracy percentage for it.
Things worth knowing
- Credit card statements cannot be downloaded as a PDF from Internet Banking on the website — the app can do it, or you request one through online chat. Worth knowing before you go looking for a button that is not there.
- Statements in the paper-free Digital Inbox can be archived but not deleted, so old ones accumulate. That is how Lloyds designed it.
- A "Statement of Fees" is a different document from your transaction statement. It summarises charges and interest and has no transaction rows to convert.
